While most people struggle to dress for the in-between weather as winter turns to spring, it was barely a challenge for style icon Sarah Jessica Parker. The mother-of-three once again showcased her effortlessly glamorous style as she arrived for an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday, wearing a chic khaki jumpsuit.

The former Sex and the City star turned heads in the olive-green jumpsuit which had flared, pleated trouser legs. The sun may have been shining but there was a brisk New York chill, however Sarah Jessica, 50, managed to stay warm by pairing her ensemble with an elegant pale green tailored blazer. She accessorised with a series of silver necklaces and bracelets, and added a touch of sparkle to her classic ensemble with a pair of shimmering, multi-coloured peep-toe shoes. Keeping her make-up fairly minimal save for a shimmering green eyeshadow to complement her ensemble, the actress and shoe designer wore her long blonde hair down in a sleek and straight style to add to her laidback look. Showing off her versatile fashion credentials, earlier that morning Sarah Jessica had rocked a more casual yet equally chic look as she took her five-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion to school.

Opting for cropped jeans teamed with a slouchy grey marl sweater, the fashionista added a touch of daytime glamour to her outfit with a pair of silver sequinned Mary Jane shoes, completing the look with a dazzling sequinned handbag. She accessorised with a few statement jewellery pieces including a necklace and bracelet, and wore her tresses down. It's been a busy few weeks for the shoe designer, who revealed during New York Fashion Week in February that she had worked on her first collaboration as part of her footwear line, SJP Collection. Sarah Jessica revealed to Vogue that she had teamed up with Ryan Lobo and Ramon Martin, the duo behind label Tome. "Not only is she an actor that we respect and a woman that we respect, she has this incredible fashion legacy as well, and now the shoe line," said Ryan. "She's so much like all of the women who have influenced our collection, when you talk about dedication and work ethic, you know, you have three kids, you have a film career, and now you have a shoe collection, like what? Who has the time?"
