May 26, 2015

It's hard not to envy Cara Delevingne – the model travels the world, attends the most high-profile parties and rubs shoulders with the rich and famous. But the British beauty has admitted that there is a dark side to the fashion industry."It's horrible living in a world where I'll get a call from someone saying, so-and-so says you were partying a lot and you were looking this way and you need to lose weight," she said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal magazine.

Cara has been at Cannes Film Festival

"It makes me so angry. If you don't want to hire me, don't hire me. "The British beauty, who attended the Monaco Grand Prix as the new ambassador for Tag Heuer over the weekend, also revealed that being in front of the camera didn't come naturally to her. "I was like an animal in a cage," she said. "I didn't know where the camera was, and I would just move around."

Cara is currently trying to make a name for herself in the acting world. She starred in The Face of an Angel last year and she has roles in upcoming films Pan and Paper Towns. But the 22-year-old believes that her modelling experience has made acting difficult to master.

"With acting, the last thing you do is try and look pretty," she said. "Modelling actually makes acting harder – it makes you so self-aware."
