As the former Gucci creative director, Frida Giannini was expected to marry in a showstopping wedding dress. And the fashionista far from disappointed, walking the aisle in a custom pale pink gown designed by Valentino creative directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli.

The designers also fashioned a dress for Frida's daughter in a similar hue.Frida was marrying Patrizio di Marco, the former CEO of Gucci, in Rome. The pair departed Gucci at the same time at the end of last year.Valentino released sketches of the stunning bridal dress after the nuptials.

Another sketch showed Frida and her daughter in their bespoke gowns.
