Sofia Vergara is famed for her incredible curves. But the Colombian actress has revealed that she has to work for her enviable physique."I've done everything to stay in shape," she told HELLO! Fashion. "Pilates, spinning and now I'm training with Gunnar Peterson. To me, working out is a punishment but I'm conscious that it is important to my health and appearance so I try to do it as much as I can."
The Modern Family star, who is a Global Brand Ambassador for Head & Shoulders, also told us that she considers her eyes to be her best facial feature. "My eyes are my favourite feature on my face and I accentuate them by always wearing brown eyeliner," she said. "I like that the shape of my eyes are a bit like a cat eye. Brown brings out the green undertones I have. I also like my thick eyebrows."
Sofia also accentuates her eye with mascara and tops off her look with lipstick – one thing that she will never leave the house without. "My absolute must-have beauty bag item is my volume mascara – I love big, bold lashes," she said. "Another essential is lipstick – I never leave the house without it, or a concealer for quick touch ups."
Much of her beauty advice stems, Sofia reveals, has been passed down to her from her mother. "For beauty secrets, I always consulted with my mother," she said. "The best advice she gave me was to wash my face with cold water and always wear moisturiser and sunblock. "Sofia revealed to us her reasons for teaming up with haircare brand Head & Shoulders. "I teamed up with Head & Shoulders because my family and I have been using it for over 20 years!" she said.
