Cara Delevingne seemed to put rumours of a rift between her and fellow supermodel Kate Moss to rest on Thursday night. The 23-year-old took to her popular Instagram account, which counts over 17.7 million followers, to pay a touching tribute to the British icon.
Cara Delevingne posted a tribute to Kate Moss on Instagram
The Paper Towns actress posted a black-and-white photo featuring half of her face merged with half of Kate's, with the two merging to highlight the similarities between the two beauties.
"Here's the lovely Kate and I showing we’ve got #somethingincommon," she captioned the striking image. "Use the new #somethingincommon app by @mango to celebrate what links you to your friends, pets, me? or whatever you want. Just like us, share your love!!!"
Cara's post follows speculation that she and Kate had fallen out after Cara reportedly had an argument with Kate's best friend Naomi Campbell. However, Naomi has since denied claims that the alleged altercation ever happened, addressing the rumours on her Twitter page.
"Don’t know where this story has come from about @Caradelevingne and I fighting! It is completely untrue, ignore the rumours XN," she wrote.
Kate and Cara star in the latest campaign for high street giant Mango
Kate and Cara, who joined forces for Burberry last year, are currently once again forming the ultimate modelling duo, this time for high street giant Mango. The pair dazzled in the campaign images shot by renowned photographers Inez and Vinoodh, and there seemed to be no signs of tensions between the two models as they opened up about the shoot.
"Inez & Vinoodh have captured the energy of the shoot perfectly," said Kate in a statement. "Cara and I always have fun together and you can really see that in this campaign."
Meanwhile, Cara also had nothing but praise for her 'partner in crime'. "This is the first time I have worked with Mango and having Kate as my partner in crime is ideal!" she added. "We are a lethal combination."
