Cindy Crawford regularly takes to social media to give fans a glimpse into her glamorous life, whether it's revealing her latest projects or sharing throwback photos of her best catwalk moments in the 90s. However, the 49-year-old admitted that her 14-year-old daughter Kaia Gerber is sometimes "embarrassed" by her mother's Instagram page.

"I know you've been embarrassed when I use too many hashtags!" she told Kaia, as her daughter interviewed her for a feature on The Thick.
The American beauty also confessed that she and husband Rande Gerber try to advise Kaia and her brother Presley about checking with them if they're unsure about posting something, but quickly quipped that she "can't say the same" about her own accounts.
Cindy also opened up about Kaia's blossoming career as a model, confessing that while she initially didn't want her daughter starting until she was 17, she is happy to "provide a road map and help you make good choices" in her career.

While her mother may have been one of the original supermodels in the 90s, there is one rising star who Kaia continually looks up to as she navigates the worlds of social media and modelling.
"They see so much on Instagram, so yes, she's interested in fashion, loves Kendall Jenner," she told E!. "So she's gotten a few opportunities to do little modelling things, and at least in this area of her life she'll take my advice. I'm happy that she loves doing it in little bits and pieces."
Kaia has already been following in her mother's stylish footsteps as her fashion career begins to blossom. Not only does the young fashionista bear a striking resemblance to her mother, even modelling her vintage outfits for Instagram snaps, but she has been gaining increasingly high-profile jobs and landed her first Vogue shoot earlier this year.
