Given her mum's status as a fashion icon, Princess Charlotte is bound to be quite the stylish little toddler. And royal baby fans looking to steal the little one's style were given some clues when her grandmother Carole Middleton was spotted stocking up on clothes for the five-month-old during an outing at the weekend.Carole, the mother of the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, spent time shopping on the King's Road in Chelsea, where she stopped by several childrenswear stores including Trotters Childrenswear, according to E! News.

She was pictured perusing the jumpers and dresses near the front of the store before leaving with a bag of goodies. It seems that Carole also did a spot of shopping for herself, as she was carrying a bag from Russell & Bromley. While we're not entirely sure what Carole bought for Princess Charlotte, it's unlikely that dresses were involved – children's clothes designer Rachel Riley recently revealed that Kate is unlikely to dress her little daughter in dresses until she is one year old.
"Because they're a traditional family, I'm sure that she'll wear babysuits for the first year," Rachel, who is one of Kate's favourite children's clothes designer, told People."And then only when she's walking will she then move into dresses."
