Kim Kardashian made a welcome return to the red carpet at Daily Front Row's Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday evening. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star turned heads in a white sheer embellished Givenchy gown and bodysuit as she arrived at the event, hosted at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
The mum-of-two's gown was from Givenchy's Fall 2011 couture collection, and features intricate embellishment and textured detailing across the sleeves and bodice. Kim styled the look with nude heels and muted make-up in neutral and gold tones to allow her statement gown to steal the spotlight. Slicked back shoulder-length hair completed the show-stopping ensemble.

Kim was presenting an award at the bash, but also took the opportunity to catch up with stars including Cindy Crawford, Nicki Minaj and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie. Other famous faces at the awards show included budding model Paris Jackson and Hailey Baldwin, who are both friends with Kim's younger sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner.

The 36-year-old's night out coincided with the revelation that she won't be able to have any more children after a procedure to help her carry another child was unsuccessful. Speaking about the procedure on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she said: "Kanye and I have always talked about having more kids, but after what I went through in Paris, the urgency is even greater… I can't carry any more kids … It's the worst. It's not going to be happy for me. I had a full break down."

The reality show star, who shares two children with her husband Kanye West, suggested that she and Kanye were going to explore other options. "Kanye and I are going to look into other options and see what we are comfortable with," she said. "After talking to Kanye… I always knew surrogacy was an option, now it's my reality. Whatever is meant to be will be."
