Cara, 24, paired the design with thigh-high black velvet boots, while dark plum lipstick made her mouth pop against her pale skin. But it was when Cara turned around that she unveiled the most dramatic part of her ensemble - metallic geometric shapes painted onto the back of her head.
Sparkles seemed to be the big trend on Sunday night as many guests glistened while entering Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium, including Emma Watson. The 27-year-old star, who won the Best Actor in a Movie gong for Disney's Beauty and the Beast, stunned in a black halterneck Kitx dress with one sheer sleeve and silver discs adorning the front. Ensuring all eyes were on her outfit the brunette beauty kept the rest of her look simple, opting for a single jagged earring and barely-there make-up.

Girls actress Allison Williams also shone in the spotlight in a green, gold and rose sequinned dress, which was a far cry from her recent Old Hollywood-esque Met Gala attire. Adding extra shine to her ensemble, Allison wore a pair of gold Giuseppe Zanotti 'Sharon' peep-toe platform pumps, while her recently dyed platinum hair was teased into a quiff at the front before flowing into loose waves.

Some guests were a little more brazen with their wardrobe, however. Amber Rose turned heads in a bright red bralette with a billowing skirt featuring a slit, which she paired with sparkling Cherry Portofino sandals by Gianvito Rossi. Hailee Steinfeld also courted attention in her purple minidress by Fausto Puglisi, which featured cut outs on the side to show off her enviably flat stomach.
