Primark has unveiled the latest must-have collection, guaranteed to be a big hit with mothers and little girls. The high street favourite’s new mini-me collection promises to provide “The ultimate mother-daughter goals,” featuring summer-ready designs in little and large sizes. Previews of the range show an abundance of beautiful floral embroidered print dungarees, billowy gypsy blouses in hues of light blue and white, and ultra-versatile denim shirt dresses. The line-up even includes footwear, with a selection of metallic silver sandals and sequin adorned pumps – both stylish and practical enough to run around after your little one.

The mini-me craze has been around for some time now, seeing A-listers stepping out dressed in outfits that co-ordinate with their little girls. Beyonce and her five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy were captured wearing matching green Gucci dresses to the Beauty and the Beast premiere in Hollywood back in March, while over Easter, the fashionable duo both dressed in pretty white dresses in a series of cute Instagram snaps. Victoria Beckham is also a fan of dressing her little girl in matching outfits. The fashion designer recently posted a photo of herself and Harper, five, relaxing at home in Vogue dressing gowns.

Primark has been right on the money lately with heaps of cool pieces. Earlier in the week, the brand unveiled an ultra-fashionable fuchsia swimsuit on Instagram this week, retailing for the affordable price of £4. The attention-grabbing number comes in a summer-ready hot pink shade and features a statement ‘Mermaid Life’ slogan across the front – and has already been spotted on eBay selling for triple the price.

Last week, the brand unveiled a new pair of bow-adorned backless mules on social media, influenced by Prada’s ultra-covetable velvet slipper shoe. With three styles to choose from – dark denim, black and nude, the shoes were priced at just £8, in contrast to the £475 Prada design. As a result, fans around the world are frantically trying to get their hands on a pair.
