The stunning 49-year-old actress dressed her slender figure in a striking floor-length velvet Oscar de la Renta gown, featuring an embellished asymmetric hem. For footwear, The Hours star opted for a pair of cool black heels, while a pink beaded choker, an array of diamond rings and coal grey nail varnish completed her ultra-elegant look.

A vibrant pink lip and strong brow ensured that all eyes were on her as she walked to the prestigious gala, held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan.
Nicole joined fashion’s biggest names at the annual awards show, including Anna Wintour, Bella Hadid and Olivia Palermo. The actress also presented the Womenswear Designer Of The Year Award to Calvin Klein’s chief creative officer, Raf Simons.

Nicole’s fashion-forward of style has not gone unnoticed, and her stylist Julia von Boehm had previously praised her for her fearless approach when it comes to choosing what to wear. In an interview with the New York Times, she said: "She's not going the safe road. ''When I see the shows, I think of them with two brains: my editorial brain and the Nicole brain. Sometimes they are one and the same.”
