Selena Gomez's latest fashion campaign has arrived. The Bad Liar singer, who was named as the new of face of Coach last December, stars in the American fashion house's fall 2017 advertising campaign. The Disney Channel alum was photographed by famed photographer Steven Meisel for the shoot that shows the 24-year-old wearing the brand's Prairie Dog Rose Dress and gripping the Coach Swagger bag in the back seat of a 1976 Plymouth Fury.

The campaign, which was styled by Karl Templer under the creative direction of Fabien Baron, "symbolizes the freedom and endless possibility of the open road." The 13 Reasons Why producer, who dazzled in a custom Coach gown at the 2017 Met Gala, opened up about the experience in a statement saying, "I couldn't be more proud to be the face of Coach." Selena added, “I’ve also loved working with Stuart, I admire his vision and designs."
Stuart Vevers, the creative director of Coach, noted that the pop star connects to this generation. "Selena is a rebel and a romantic, a dreamer and a doer who boldly charts her own course," he said in a statement. "To me, she speaks to a generation; she connects." Aside from the campaign photos, Selena will flex her acting skills in three short films dedicated to the three bags of the season: the Rogue, the Coach Swagger and the Edie. The films will show the actress getting ready for a night out on the town in New York City.

Ahead of the campaign, Selena partnered with the brand for a special design project for her mother. In May, the Hands to Myself singer gifted her mother and fellow producer, Mandy Teefy with a personalised bag. "As the new face of @Coach, they gave me the opportunity to personalize this bag for my Momma (that I'm pretty sure my sister is going to steal anyhow)," she captioned a photo on her Instagram of herself with her mum holding her new handbag. "This is a very common exchange between the two of us. Happy (early) Mother's Day to the woman who is the reason for my existence."
