This week, Ruth Langsford commenced her summer presenting duties on This Morning alongside husband Eamonn Holmes, and has been impressing viewers with her suitably stylish fashion choices. On Tuesday, Ruth looked summer-ready in a mint Max Mara midi dress, which featured a sharp, tailored bodice, a V-neck and an ultra-feminine circle skirt. The sleeveless number was teamed with a pair of leg-lengthening coordinating court shoes - which highlighted her tan from her recent holiday to Portugal.

Beauty-wise, Ruth styled her honey-hued hair in a sleek, straight ‘do, framing her face beautifully. When it came to make-up, she enhanced her eyes with bold, black liner across the bottom of her lids, and elongated her lashes with layers of mascara. A sweep of bronzer added a sun-kissed glow to her complexion, and a berry lipstick completed her look.
The popular 57-year-old is renowned for her classic sense of style, and often opts for form-fitting midi dresses, or pencil skirt and shirt combos, on the days she graces TV screens. Ruth often takes to sharing her ‘outfit of the day,’ with fans on social media, just like Holly Willoughby, who is currently off air for the summer on a well-deserved break.

On Monday, Ruth worked another summer-ready look, this time choosing to wear a white Ted Baker dress, which featured a whimsical floral print in forest green and violet hues. The cream V-neck number was teamed with nude, leg-lengthening court shoes from Asos and a statement silver watch to accessorise.

Ruth’s followers were quick to compliment her summer-ready appearance, with one writing: "Love the pretty summery dress on your Ruth really suits you xx," while another said: "Your dress is beautiful. You look amazing." Ruth’s fellow Loose Women presenter, Linda Robson, was also a fan. "You always look beautiful so classy," she wrote.
At the beginning of the month, Ruth, who also presents Loose Women, told viewers on the show: "That is it for today, that’s also it from me for a few months." As the audience gasped, Ruth quickly reassured them, saying: "But don’t worry, I’m just nipping off to the other studio, I’ll be on This Morning for the summer with Eamonn." Turning to her fellow panellists, she added: "I will be back though!"
