Natalie Portman looked simply stunning when she stepped out in Shanghai on Monday evening to attend the Miss Dior perfume party. Paying tribute to the iconic fashion house, Natalie dressed her slim figure in an elegant Christian Dior monochrome gown. The fashion-forward design featured a plunging neckline and a full midi skirt, which was embellished with contrasting white embroidery.
The sleeveless number also featured a lace panel just above the hem line and around the waist. For footwear, the talented actress kept it simple with a pair of simple black heels. Keeping accessories to a minimum, Natalie chose a pair of simple drop earrings.

When it came to beauty, the Jackie star kept it natural, wearing her brunette hair up in a sleek up-do, which drew attention to her pretty features.
In terms of make-up, Natalie enhanced her complexion with a natural base and a sweep of rose-hued blush across her cheeks, and rocked a subtle smoky eye. Her awe-inspiring look was completed with a pink lipstick and a perfectly groomed brow.
Natalie, 35, ensured all eyes were on her in the statement gown
Natalie is an ambassador for Dior and is often spotted at red carpet events in show-stopping designs from the label. Back in January, while still pregnant with daughter Amalia, the mother-of-two wowed at the SAG Awards in a floor length Dior Haute Couture gown. The impressive design skimmed over her baby bump and featured eye-catching voluminous sleeve details.

The 35-year-old has previously opened up about her approach to preparing for the red carpet, admitting she feels it is make-up that can make or break a look.
Speaking to Vogue in 2016, Natalie explained: "Good make-up always makes me feel more confident. Wearing a red carpet look is like stepping into a role, and make-up is a big part of that.
"Make-up artists are incredible and can work magic to make you look more well-rested, brighter... I like to change up my red carpet looks, but I tend to favour a strong eye."
