Miranda Kerr follows a strict nighttime regime whereby she switches off all phones and technology before bed. The Australian model is one of the most sought-after names in fashion, having landed campaigns for the likes of Swarovski, Reebok and Wonderbra.
While Miranda boasts over 11 million followers on Instagram and recently married Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel, she is actually very careful about technology use at certain times of day, especially in the evenings.
"(I) turn the Wi-Fi off, and don't take phones or laptops to bed," she told MyDomain.com of how she relaxes at the end of a busy day. "Your bedroom should be your sanctuary and a calm space. I also like to have a cup of calming tea, take a bath, and do a meditation to help unwind."

After a busy day at work, the 34-year-old will also try to eat dinner around 6pm before reading books to her son Flynn, whom she shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom. Miranda also tries to disconnect from technology whenever she's with her six-year-old.
"It's important I put down my phone and connect with him and ask how his day was, what he did, and anything new he learned," the model shared. "It's so easy for us to get caught up in trying to do 100 things at once, but they know when you're distracted, and as adults, we know how it feels not to be heard."

When it comes to her general wellbeing, Miranda finds that regular exercise sessions are key. The brunette beauty prefers to get her heart rate up by doing swimming or jump rope, as well as yoga and Pilates.
"I also love walking our dog, Teddy... Exercise shouldn't be a chore, so I find if I choose activities or exercises that I enjoy, I'm much more inclined to keep it up. For me, consistency is key. Keep active each day, and walk as much as possible," she smiled.
