Jourdan Dunn has showed off her new phoenix tattoo in a sexy snap on Instagram. The British model, who has worked for the likes of Balmain and Topshop, has given fans glimpses of her inking collection over the years, with designs including the words, "Fear is not an option", etched onto her left arm.
But her latest design is certainly a stand-out piece, with Jourdan taking to social media on Wednesday night to unveil the latest addition.
Lying on her left side, Jourdan goes topless in the racy photo, covering her breasts with her arm while giving followers a proper look at the black and white drawing of the mythical bird going up the right side of her rib cage. There are also flowers entwined with the feathers, giving it a more feminine feel.

Fans were quick to compliment the intricate ink, with one commenting, "Beautiful piece on a beautiful body!" However, some questioned how the large design would affect her job, as one Instagram user quizzed, "This is beyond gorgeous ! But is it ok for your modeling career?"
Others wished her a happy birthday as she turns 27 on Thursday - which may have been another reason behind her decision to add to her body art collection.

Jourdan has often spoken about her ink, notably one dedicated to her only child, seven-year-old son Riley.
"My first tattoo was my 'Riley' tattoo on my wrist; I was really stuck on what I should get and I was like, well, duh, I should get my son's name," she previously told Flare.com, joking about competing with fellow model Cara Delevingne. "I have eight tattoos, and I remember when Cara didn't have any and now she's gone past me, so I'm definitely going to get more real soon!"
