Kate Moss was the muse of Calvin Klein's 1993 Obsession campaign, and was chosen because of her stand-out, natural figure. The American designer tapped the British beauty to front his iconic perfume campaign over two decades ago, with photographer Mario Sorrenti helming the shoot.
"I didn't want these girls... who had big bosoms," Calvin told journalist George Wayne as part of an interview for Iris Covet Book. "They augment their bodies. They used artificial implants and things. They were doing crazy things to their bodies. I found that offensive. I found it really unattractive, unhealthy and a bad message to send."

The fashion expert recently unveiled his blast from the past advertisements for his brand's latest fragrance, Obsessed, using outtakes of Kate from the Obsession venture.
The 43-year-old supermodel recently discussed working with Klein all those years ago and being shot by Sorrenti, who was her boyfriend at the time. "I think Calvin was really clever. He knew there was going to be something," Kate told Harper's Bazaar of the job, which took place in the Virgin Islands. "I knew it was a job, but I thought it was going to be a right laugh. It was the only time I got paid to go away. It's never been like that since. Mario worked me like a dog. He was more professional than I was. He didn't stop taking pictures even when I was sleeping. I was like, 'Leave me alone.' I'd wake up to the click of the Pentax. I don't remember relaxing. I remember working."
