Tamar Braxton fired her stylist on Monday after he criticised the R&B star for choosing to wear a jumpsuit from a budget retailer for a public appearance. The singer sat down for an interview with Essence magazine's online talk show this week, when she appeared on camera wearing a stylish green camouflage jumpsuit. She later took to Instagram to share the brand of her outfit, revealing it had actually come from U.S. teen favourite Forever 21, where it retails for just $40 (£30), and revealed she had to part ways with a style expert over the wardrobe choice because the unidentified employee made it very clear he didn't think much of the budget find.

"The stylist today tried to make me feel 'less than' because he didn't agree that I should wear @forever21," she wrote next to a side-by-side photo comparing her look to an image of one of the brand's models wearing the same jumpsuit. "well.. I FIRED him because NO ONE should make you feel 'less than' because you have on a $40 outfit!! How AWFUL!!," Tamar continued. "..so my clothes make me?!.. NEVER!!!..."
