Ashley Graham has marked her 30th birthday by unveiling a new line of swimsuits. The American model, who continues to promote messages of self-acceptance and female empowerment, celebrated the milestone birthday on Monday. While most celebrities would throw a big party for the occasion, Ashley instead took the opportunity to launch her new Essentials collection for Swimsuits for All.

"I wanted to offer a range of swimsuit styles that make all women feel confident and sexy," she told Harper's Bazaar of the range. "Some traditional brands assume girls with bigger hips, breasts and thighs want to cover up, but I know that's not the case."

The Essentials collection features bikinis and one-pieces, and is designed to flatter and support women all of shapes and sizes. And the brunette beauty is adamant that "less is more" when it comes to choosing swimsuits. "Rock your confidence on the outside, just as much as you're rocking that swimsuit! You have to let go of all the silly thoughts like 'my cellulite is showing' and realise that everyone has insecurities. The first step to getting over them is taking off that cover up and owning it," said Ashley.
The model launched her swimwear range in Costa Rica
The campaign for the Essentials range was shot in Costa Rica, and features a diverse set of models. Despite her busy photoshoot schedule, Ashley took some time out to party with her husband Justin Ervin on Monday night and later uploaded a photo to social media of her in a lilac dress made for her by Leah Leona. "Thank you to everyone for making my golden birthday SO special!" she captioned the happy snap.
