The Duchess of Cambridge was the epitome of elegance as she hosted a secret meeting at Kensington Palace on Wednesday. Kate, who is expecting her third child, wore a Boutique Moschino cream jacket, which is currently sold out but retailed for £261 on Net-a-Porter. The chic number, made of wool and cotton, features a demure, high neckline and is embellished with three sweet bows.

Kensington Palace shared a photo of the Duchess on Twitter, giving fashion fans a glimpse of her outfit. Kate, 36, was her typically radiant self, wearing her hair in her signature Chelsea blow-dry and accessorising with drop pearl earrings. The mother-of-two was hosting a round table discussion, which was previously announced, on maternal mental health. She had invited around 12 guests, including academics and practitioners from Maternal Mental Health Alliance, Anna Freud Centre, Family Action, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Kings College and Best Beginnings.

Having passed her 12-week mark, the pregnant Duchess appears to be feeling well enough to carry out more engagements. She had been battling severe morning sickness in her first trimester but made a return to royal duties in October. Showing off her sartorial prowess, Kate has worn a number of new outfits, including a pretty pink dress by Orla Kiely. The midi-length, peach-toned dress featured an embossed floral appliqué motif, dotted all over the design, and boasted a contrasting black-waist detail and a defined round-necked collar.

For her recent sports-related engagements, Kate has opted for more relaxed attire. Earlier this week, she visited the Lawn Tennis Association, stepping out in a black zip-up jacket and trousers combo and wearing her Remembrance Day poppy with pride. For a visit to the West Ham stadium in October, the sporty Duchess opted to wear a blue suit blazer by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, black jeans and boots, and underneath her blazer was a black turtle-neck jumper.
