Catherine Zeta-Jones made a stylish appearance at the 7th annual Los Angeles Mission's Legacy of Vision Gala on Thursday night – hosted by her mother-in-law Anne Douglas, wife of Kirk Douglas. The star dressed her slender frame in a plunging neckline blue satin gown, which featured long sleeves and was cut just above the knee. Catherine teamed her dress with a pair of leg-lengthening heels, and accessorised with diamond drop earrings. It was a special night for Catherine, who was presented with the Anne Douglas Award for her contributions to the community. The star oozed glamour as she posed for photos with husband Michael Douglas and stepson Cameron, wearing her long, brunette hair down in loose waves.
Beauty-wise, Catherine enhanced her large, brown eyes with black liner and metallic gold eyeshadow, lashings of mascara and a defined brow. A sweep of peach-hued blusher across the apples of her cheeks and a nude gloss completed her look.

It's an exciting month for Catherine and Michael, who are due to celebrate their 17th wedding anniversary on 18 November. The couple are proud parents to son Dylan, 17, and daughter Carys, 14, and Catherine, 48, previously revealed to Vanity Fair: "My husband and I have been in the public eye for many, many, many years. So, when we go out, we put the Michael Douglas-Catherine Zeta-Jones armour on every now and again. We are a very, very, very close family; we share everything."

Cameron, meanwhile, is Michael's only child with his marriage to first wife Diandra Luker. The 38-year-old made a rare public appearance following his LA move, and looked a picture of happiness throughout the evening. In August, it was confirmed by People magazine that he was expecting his first baby with girlfriend Vivian Thibes. A source told the magazine that everyone is "thrilled" for Cameron, adding: "Michael is looking forward to being a grandfather."
