It’s Tuesday already! Which means it's time for a new instalment of HFM's Tuesday Shoesday - the uber popular, achingly current, relatively recent trending hashtag, which celebrates the wonderful (and not to mention vast) world of shoes, at the very start of the working week. The shoestagram addicts favourite hashtag has thousands upon thousands of mentions on social platforms, particularly Instagram; and is coveted by the industry experts, hip fashion bloggers and even some of the A-List glitterati .The offering today that has made our weekly cut, are a pair of exquisite handcrafted, drama drama shoes by Prada.

Shake your tail feather!

These feather trimmed, satin sandals by Italian powerhouse Prada simply scream 'look at me' and are totally different to just about anything we have ever seen before. A pastel, sky blue base, complete with metallic embossed heel, a large, circular button charm as the main fastening, and a plethora of outlandish feathers give a totally fearless and eye-catching finish that any fashion gal would flock to.

Flamboyant footwear at its finest, these heels completed a variety of different ensembles at Prada's AW17 Runway, and it's easy to see why. Admittedly, they aren't for the faint hearted, but they are easier to style than you may think. We would wear heels like this with either a simple plain slip dress, and an accompanying leather jacket, or a jewel-toned midi skirt, and let the sandals vibrantly take centre stage. There really is no need for any other accessories when you are working a pair of heels like this; the featured goose and ostrich feathers give a definite step to Avant garde and will give any getup that unique edge.

Stand out in these stamps, £760, Prada

Prada's feather phase has been seen on daring celebs such as Rihanna, Sienna Miller and Alexa Chung, and the shoes are a great way to embrace the fanned trend without feeling like you are taking flight. Particularly with the upcoming party season fully in force, it's a great time to spread your wings and make a statement.
