Solange Knowles picked her own fake family for Calvin Klein's new holiday campaign. The talented group of musicians forms part of the iconic brand's #MyCalvins promotion, a reworking of the line's famous 1980s My Calvins tag, which saw the likes of Brooke Shields starring in the ads. Solange is kicking off a new branch of the campaign, called Our Family, and Beyonce's sister had no problem putting together her own group of upcoming music stars she's so close to she considers them relatives. Joining her in the first image released by label bosses on Monday (20Nov17) are R&B artist Kelela, Blood Orange singer and producer Dev Hynes, Ex-Chairlift singer Caroline Polachek, and Adam Bainbridge of Kindness.

The group was photographed by Willy Vanderperre in what appears to be a tree house or a barn, with each of the stars wearing items from the Holiday 2017 and Spring 2018 seasons. The I Decide hitmaker shared the photo on Instagram on Monday, writing beside it: "Big love to @calvinklein, (chief creative officer) raf simons, and the whole calvin team for this moment of celebrating my musical family, and for capturing us so authentially us (sic)."

A press release from Calvin Klein bosses about the new campaign reads: "The evolved #MYCALVINS concept has family at its center, a display of unity between strong individuals..." And though it's not the first time the Losing You singer has worked with major fashion companies - she also partnered with Reebok and Levi's in 2017 - it's the latest big step for the talented singer who emerged long ago from the shadow of her superstar sister.
