Prince Harry and his new fiancée Meghan Markle have announced their eagerly-awaited engagement, and posed for official photographs on Monday afternoon. The photocall took place at Kensington Palace in the Sunken Garden in front of a sea of waiting photographers, who were on hand to photograph the happy couple as they shared their news with the world.
Prince Harry and Meghan arrived just after 2pm, with the 36-year-old actress positively glowing and beaming with happiness as she posed with her husband-to-be. Her trademark, rich brunette locks were curled in a voluminous style, and her make-up was flawlessly applied, with her face gleaming. She completed the look with brown-toned eyeshadow and nude lips. Meghan showcased her modern yet feminine style in a bottle green dress by P.A.R.O.S.H, which showed off her slim frame and complimented her lean curves to perfection. She added a stunning white, classic trench coat by Line the Label, nude heels by Aquazzura and earrings by Birks, available at Mappin & Webb.

Her sparkly ring was on show, and dazzled in the light as photographers clambered to get a first look at the ring. Prince Harry chose a stunning diamond ring for his bride-to be, which featured a large stone.
Meghan has long been considered a style icon, having stepped out in a number of high-end designers, including Erdem and Berardi. It will be a huge fashion moment to see what she will wear to her wedding, having already stated what kind of style she looks for in a bridal gown: "Classic and simple is the name of the game," the actress has said. "I personally prefer wedding dresses that are whimsical and subtly romantic."
Prince Harry, and Meghan announced their engagement on the morning of 27 November. The news was shared via Twitter by Kensington Palace, with a further four tweets revealing that they had got engaged earlier this month in London, and had informed The Queen and other close members of The Royal Family. The wedding is due to take place in spring 2018, and all further details will be announced in due course.
