Taylor Hill "blacked out" the first time she attended a fitting for Victoria's Secret. The 21-year-old model began working for the lingerie brand in 2014, earning her Angel wings a year later. Earlier this month, Taylor strutted as part of the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai, but she can still remember how nervous she felt ahead of her first-ever runway appearance. "I blacked out," she admitted to W magazine. "I was so nervous. I walked in the Pink section, and had just turned 18. I was shaking. They put me in a cute pant thing, and was like, 'Oh my God, I'm in the show.'"

This year the brunette beauty strutted her stuff in an array of ensembles, including a beige lingerie set with a flowing sheer cape complete with black detailing. Taylor is a big fan of wearing a cape in the spotlight and had her look finished with a gold leaf headpiece. "With wings, sometimes you don't get to do much, you just know they are there. But when you have something fun like this, you can really play with it and have something to do on the runway," she said of her flowing accessory.
As for whether she prepares by wearing similar pieces ahead of the big event, Taylor insisted she prefers to “wing it” on the day than spend time planning in advance. And speaking to the publication before of the extravaganza, the American star, who has also worked with Versace, Moschino and Karl Lagerfeld, noted she has come a long way since she started out. "I feel a little bit more grounded," she smiled. "I'm not as nervous, but I am equally excited. Every year gets better and better, because you know what you've done and where you've come from."
