Meghan Markle quite literally stepped out on style on 9 January in Brixton as she accompanied husband-to-be Prince Harry to radio station Reprezent FM. Meghan, 36, stunned photographers and the waiting crowd in a £593 grey coat by Symthe, a £45 sweater by Autograph by Marks & Spencer, trousers by Burberry and a scarf by Jigsaw. Completing her chic outfit were a pair of tortoiseshell heel pumps by high-end designer Sarah Flint which retail at £292. The shoes were concealed by her Burberry flared trousers, but there was no mistaking the distinctive heel.

The black suede shoes come in a classic, pointed style while the high heel is made in a contrasting tortoiseshell material which gave the stamps a contemporary edge. Meghan has long been a fan of designer shoes, favouring Aquazzura in particular, which she wore to her iconic engagement photocall with fiancé Prince Harry on 27 November.

It's not just designer shoes that the former Suits actress loves – on 1 December when the 36-year-old visited Birmingham on her very first joint royal engagement with Prince Harry – she created a hysteria by donning a pair of chic suede boots by British high street shoe extraordinaire Kurt Geiger. The 'Violet' over-the-knee boots, which feature a cone heel and a slouchy base are part of the KG by Kurt Geiger range and currently retail at £229. The good news for fans of the soon-to-be-royal's look is that due to popular demand, the sell-out heels are back in stock in all sizes on the brands website.
It was announced on 9 January that Meghan had closed down her social media accounts. A statement released by Kensington Palace explaining that Meghan was "grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years" but had closed them "as she has not used these accounts for some time".
