Kate Garraway looked fabulous in a decadent cocktail dress by bridal designer Caroline Castigliano on Tuesday evening at the Costa Book Awards in central London. The presenter wowed on the red carpet in the prom style dress, which featured a full silk skirt, a cinched in waist, boned corset and lace overlay. The dress made the most of the stunning TV presenter's frame and showed off her long, lean and toned legs. She added a bright clutch bag in the shape of a pair of lips and stunning high heel shoes by Dune London, which are just £36 in the store's sale. Kate's hair and makeup were typically immaculate – her blunt bob was teased into a wavy style and illuminating glowing foundation perfected her flawless skin.
