Pink, florals, and polka dots – bring it on...

March 23, 2018

Oh, Topshop. Thank you for dropping 17 brand new spring dresses – you’re really giving us sunshine vibes and making us forget the beast from the east was ever a thing. We’re now dreaming of Aperol Spritzes, dinner al fresco and rosé wine while sat outside on a chic rooftop bar. The new dress collection will be a hit with fans; favourites include the pink polka dot frock, the zebra print design and the fuchsia mini dress – this is not the collection for wallflowers. Polka dots feature heavily, thus proving that this trend isn’t going anywhere. Off to a summer wedding? You might find the perfect wedding guest dress within this range.

The bright green midi dress with keyhole detailing at the front will ensure you’ll be easily seen in a crowded room. Team with strappy sandals and a blazer and you’re good to go. This shade is particularly big for this upcoming season, so you’ll be bang on trend.

Hands up if you’d love this bright pink Bardot mini? You could wear this on a chic city break to Cannes with a pair of statement heels or you could wear it for drinks during the day and dress it down with a white denim jacket and metallic loafers.

Barbeque invite? Do not fear! This green floral frock, £49, will be the perfect dress to wear on a lunchtime outing. We love the side split and the vibrant shades – they really pop. Expect to see this in store late March – but be quick, we predict a sell-out.

Bold colourful stripes? What’s not to love? This £49 dress, available mid-March, can be worn to the office and then with a quick slick of red lipstick, you’re good to go to the bar. Also, if you hate your arms, this is a great addition to your wardrobe thanks to its flattering elbow-length sleeves.

Polka dots aren’t going anywhere and this dress, available late March, will be super popular. Perfect for the daytime, you could even team this dress with a pair of Alexa Chung Superga trainers and an oversized denim jacket. Perfection. It’s worth mentioning that the £49 dress has an open back and a revealing side split.

This pink and black polka dot number is giving us major Carrie Bradshaw vibes, and this brings us an immense amount of joy. The jacquard maxi dress, £49, will be available any day now and could be a great dress to wear for your best friend’s summer wedding.

How cute is this little polka dot mini dress with puffball sleeves?! It makes us want to book a holiday pronto. The £50 design is available to buy now and we can imagine this taking over our Instagram feeds any day now.

Zebra print often gets trumped by leopard, but this standout design could be a firm favourite in our wardrobes. At a very reasonable £39, this dress is guaranteed to fly off the rails. With its ruffle hem, and cinched in waist it has the potential to be super flattering.

They say pink makes the boys wink but we couldn’t give a damn what the fellas think about this bubblegum pink satin slip. Priced at just £32, this will look insanely good with a golden glow and a pair of tassel earrings. Expect this dress to drop in early April.

Polka dots, lace and satin, this dress features lots of key trends in one design. This could be perfect for your summer holiday as you take in the sights on your travels. Team it with dainty jewellery and a pair of black sliders.

Raspberry pink suits nearly everyone and this slip maxi dress is stunning. It also comes in lavender and is priced at £32. Team with a vampy lip colour and statement earrings and you’ll be good to go.

We could imagine the likes of Jourdan Dunn wearing this crepe mini dress from Topshop. Anyone with long legs would make the £46 dress work, and the all-important accessory? You need the confidence to pull it off. Be warned, choosing the right underwear is very important for this dress.

The Topshop mixed pansy dress, £55, is so stunning – look at the contrasting floral designs, the sweet criss-cross straps and the adorable frill on the shoulder. Prepare to see major fashion influencers stepping out in this pretty little number.

At just £49, this dress can be worn time and time again. The black and millennial pink print will suit all skin tones and would look awesome for a summer lunch date or cocktails with friends.

We didn’t know we wanted a lavender slip maxi dress until now. The £32 design has a cowl neck and could make the perfect bridesmaid dress. This will be available in store late March and also comes in pink.

The cut of this dress will be flattering on lots of different body shapes. With the asymmetrical hem and the delicate straps, this could be the wedding guest dress of the season – but don’t let that put you off. We haven’t told you the price yet – it’s a super affordable £46. Which one will you choose?

Ok, so this is extremely short but could look super stylish over a pair of skinny jeans. The floral mini, £42, will be available late March and will be flattering for anyone with a large bust.
