Fearne Cotton had a lot to celebrate on Monday night when she stepped out for the 2018 British Book Awards. The presenter turned writer was nominated in the Lifestyle category for her wellbeing book, Happy. And although she didn't win on the night, she certainly scored high in the style stakes, wearing a stunning silver dress by Needle and Thread. The Zelda midi dress, which retails online for £350, features an off-the-shoulder cut, playful neck ribbon, tonnes of ruffles and delicate embroidery, and perfectly suits Fearne's feminine yet quirky style.

The mum-of-one teamed the dress with a pair of sparkly Office court shoes for a bit of extra party glamour. She wore her hair in a relaxed up 'do with tendrils framing her face, and added a smokey eye to finish off the look.
Sharing a snap of her look on Instagram, Fearne wrote: "Tonight 'Happy' was nominated for a book award which was a lovely moment for me and my gorgeous team at @orionspring. We didn't win but took the opportunity to raise a glass to the magical adventure this book has taken me on… Huge congrats to @jamieoliver who won in my category! You rock fella!" Her celeb pals were quick to offer their congratulations, with Denise Van Outen commenting on the post: "Well done Cotton socks" and Abby Clancey adding "Beautiful and congrats".
