Queen Maxima of the Netherlands is dressing in style for her tour of India as UN representative. The Dutch royal is visiting the country in her capacity as United Nations Secretary Generals Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance and Development. The monarch, who is married to King Willem-Alexander and shares three daughters with him, reminded us of the late Princess Diana as she chatted to locals during her visit.
The royal mother chose a series of elegant outfits for the trip, paying particular attention to the cultural style of India. So far she has worn four different dresses on her tour, incorporating vibrant colours into her looks.
Here we see the mother of Princesses Catharina-Amalia, Alexia and Ariane in a stylish yellow patterned skirt with matching yellow sandals and drop earrings. Queen Maxima teamed the bright outfit with a simple cream top. The monarch wore the ensemble for a visit to a cricket ball production and she looked to be having a lovely time meeting the staff.
Queen Maxima chose this dark blue denim-style dress for her trip to meet lunch box-carriers, locally known as Dabbawallas. She paired the dress with matching blue sandals and a pretty statement necklace.

The royal looked stunning in her multi-coloured floral silk dress with neck tie as she arrived at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. She wore her yellow sandals once again as she met locals during her visit.

We love Maxima's chic baby blue shift dress with silver belt and coordinating silver shoes. The monarch stepped out in this pretty outfit on her first day in India.
We look forward to seeing what the Dutch royal wears during the remainder of her stay in the country. Loving her looks so far!
