Pregnant Christine Lampard lit up screens on Wednesday morning as she filled in for Lorraine Kelly on the Lorraine Show. The stunning 39-year-old, who is pregnant with her first child – looking blooming in her latest outfit – which consisted of the most fabulous floral-printed dress by French Connection, which is priced at £120. The vintage blue number was printed with large contrasting florals in white and pink and was cut in a flattering wrap-shape which skimmed her baby bump. It also featured ravishing ruffled sleeves which gave the whole look a contemporary finish. The wife of Frank Lampard kept her accessories simple, teaming the look with a pair of classic high- heel block sandals by Office.

The Irish-born star will be stepping in for Lorraine all summer on the daily show and has revealed she is really looking forward to the role: "It’s not the first time, but it's quite nice to have a chunk of time and knowing that Lorraine Kelly is off on her holidays having a nice time, too. It’s a lovely family feel and I’ve got to know the team. It’s just a pleasure to do any little stint I can do."

Speaking about her style, the Loose Women host remarked: "I like relatively simple cut clothes. I go for classic rather than flashing anything too much. I feel more comfortable to have my legs covered and parts of arms covered. I dress on how I feel. "
On getting assistance in deciding what looks to go for, Christine said: "In terms of clothes, I work really closely with Angie [stylist Angie Smith] and have done for a long time."

"She is just fantastic, she gets body shape brilliantly. When you have a good mate who does that as a job, you are very blessed. You can say to her, 'Does this look rubbish?' and she says 'yes'! She's brilliant."
