Yes, 2018 is definitely the year when nineties fashion went wild. Suddenly celebs like Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid started sporting stonewashed jeans and chunky white dad trainers, making the look instantly cool. It was bizarre, we admit, but we grew to love this fun throwback trend. We're all for comfort fashion and nothing is more comfy than a pair of supportive, padded, lace-up trainers.
High-end brand Balenciaga were all over the dad trainer look, seeing huge popularity with their £615 Triple S sneaker which quickly became a cult item. The shoes have stacked style with a red, black and yellow design and Balenciaga embossed on the side. Time for a dupe ladies…

Great news: our high street friend Office Shoes has brought out their own dad trainer take on the Balenciaga sports shoe. The best bit? They're only £74.99 a pair. Quite a saving.

Office's Momo trainers by Oki Kitsu are pretty cool. They come in three styles: plain grey, pink and purple, and red, yellow and black like the Balenciaga pair. The two pairs are certainly alike, just with a very different price tag.

Meanwhile, the Balenciaga Triple S comes in six different shades featuring a quilted effect and embossed logo on the side, back and under the sole. There's no doubt of the cool factor of the designer pair, but if you're looking for a less expensive lookalike, then Office Momos are the way to go.
