Living in California, it's only natural that Prince Harry has recruited a team of wellness experts to help him feel his best self – it is a mecca of health and wellbeing, after all.
Meghan Markle has long been known to love alternative health remedies, and we suspect she may have introduced Prince Harry to some of the healers he works with, all of whom he thanked in the acknowledgments section of his memoir, Spare.
"Thank you to all the professionals, medical experts, and coaches for keeping me physically and mentally strong over the years," Harry wrote, before signing off: "Special thanks to my U.K. therapist for helping unravel years of unresolved trauma."
Here are all the wellness experts Prince Harry likely relies on to help him live his best life…
The mental health expert: Dr. Lesley Parkinson
The first namecheck in Harry's list of health professionals is London-based clinical psychologist Dr. Lesley Parkinson, who specialises in neuro-psychophysiology.
In her clinic, she offers neurofeedback brain training, which can teach people to understand how to understand brain stressors and reduce anxiety responses such as panic attacks.
Dr. Parkinson also offers cranial electrotherapy stimulation, which treats insomnia, depression and anxiety.

The back pain hero: Dr. Ben Carraway
Dr. Ben Carraway is one of London's top non-surgical back pain specialists, helping clients suffering from posture-related pain.
While Prince Harry hasn't spoken openly about struggling with back pain, he has suffered several polo injuries, so Ben, who was based at Harry's London KX Gym, could have been helping him with this.

The physiotherapist: Kevin Lidlow
Physiotherapist Kevin Lidlow specialises in working with professional sports people and likely helped Harry with any aches and pains sustained during his years of rugby.
The acupuncturist: Ross Barr
Meghan Markle is also a fan of acupuncturist Ross Barr, who specialises in women’s health and fertility, but also treats clients for stress management and grief support.
The Duchess of Sussex sings the praises of acupuncture, so it's likely she turned her husband on to the benefits. Meghan used acupuncture for migraines, which Harry has spoken of suffering with, with his wife saying: "I have been a longtime believer in acupuncture. I used to have debilitating migraines (hospitalised for them), and acupuncture and Eastern medicine absolutely changed my life."
The Pilates oracle: Jessie Blum
Jessie Blum founded Heartcore, another medium Meghan likely introduced her husband to after she shared her love of the practice in an interview with Vogue.
Speaking about the class, Meghan said it's something that "puts its energy towards internal beauty, celebrating the power of breathing and meditation, and [includes] a favourite workout that urges you to use your heart as much as your core."
With a studio in Kensington, we suspect Harry was a regular visitor when he lived in the city.

The chiropractor: Dr. Kevin English
Based in Santa Barbara, Kevin English is the owner of English Chiropractic, specialising in the treatment of athletic injuries, rehabilitative exercise, nutrition and radiology. Another person who helped Harry with back pain, perhaps?
The personal trainer: Winston Squire
According to Winston's Linkedin, he has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years working with private clients, with his expertise including strength conditioning and boxing – which Harry is known to be a fan of.
He also worked with polo teams, so is sure to be able to help Harry if he suffers polo-related pain, now that he plays regularly in the US.
The A-list-approved physical therapist: Esther Lee
Physical therapist Esther Lee worked with Serena Williams, so we suspect Meghan's tennis champ bestie introduced Harry to the therapist who helped him heal his body.

The energy healer: John Amaral
Gwyneth Paltrow-approved energy practitioner John Amaral originally trained as a chiropractor, before pivoting into energy healing. His work sees him heal physical injuries, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, plus he helps clients reach and sustain new levels of energy, clarity, and fulfillment, according to his website.
The pain healer: Eric Goodman
Another chiropractor, Eric specialises in exercise designed to deal with chronic back pain, further confirming Prince Harry's back pain.
