The secret to happiness is possibly one of life's greatest mysteries. From ancient philosophers to wellness gurus, that special 'happy' feeling is a well-covered subject. So much so that we even now have an International Day of Happiness, celebrated on March 20, designed to "make people around the world realise the importance of happiness within their lives".
